Mon, April 23, 2007 - 9:40 PMOriginal Swiss aromatics is my favourite. Super nice people. Consistently great oils in the 4 years I have been buying from them.

Re: Good Quality Essential Oils??
Mon, April 23, 2007 - 9:48 PMA lot of it depends on what you want to do with them. If you are making bath gels or diffusing them, you might not need them to be the most expensive ones. I have been buying for years, and I recommend that you buy from places that will sell sample sizes for a reasonable price, so that you can try them out. I have bought alot from liberty natural, but for really incredible smelling stuff I often purchase from Eden Botanicals. You can buy a sample of anything from both.

warning about NOW brand oils:
i am extremely sensitive to chemicals,
and on more than one occasion
after being exposd to NOW oils,
i had such a breathing attack that
i had to revive myself on a heavy-duty clinical nebulizer.
a friend of mine, who is now a holistic physician
(who worked at the health store where i bought the oils
back when he was an intern) told me:
"never, ever buy anything that is the NOW brand!
their products are completely adulterated,
highly commercialized."
lesson learned!

Re: Good Quality Essential Oils??
Thu, May 24, 2007 - 6:38 PMI'd go with Simplers. I don't know about Oshadhi or the EO Company. I do know Aura Cacia and Now tend to have a reputation for lower quality. Simplers has great organic oils...;)

Fri, June 15, 2007 - 4:10 AMHello Everyone,
So,I ended up not getting any of those brands
after reading posts and doing online research
Aura Cacia and Now seemed like not soo great products
Simplers and Oshadhi were pricey(theyre cheap if you had a wholesale license)
and dont know much about the Essential oil company(a friend of mine likes their oils)
I'm getting most of my oils from whitelotusaromatics, mountainroseherbs and a small order from liberty natural
thanks for all your help

when all is said & done
would appreciate hearing your conclusions
i.e., your preferences and how you rate their quality
(substandard service i can live with, if it means the best quality oils)
in the meantime, i am going to write dr. penoel in france

Re: Good Quality Essential Oils??
Sat, July 7, 2007 - 6:31 PMAny experience with or thoughts about Youngliving essential oils or Bella Mira or Mountain Rose?
I have been using Youngliving for a while and wonder if there is anything better or the same and a little less expensive.
