I've been batting this around the various BPAL (Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab) fan forums, but thought I'd mention it here as well: I'm hosting a meetup on Sunday, February 17, between noon and 3pm, at the Doubletree San Jose Hotel. Which is at 2050 Gateway Place, near the intersection of Airport Parkway and Guadalupe Parkway.

The BPAL meetup is taking place in conjunction with Pantheacon -- a pagan con at the hotel -- but **the meetup is not an official P-con event, and it will not cost you anything to attend.** Just in case you, or the tribe mods, were wondering.
We'll have lots of free perfume samples, free caffeine, and free food if you get there early enough. Also special party favors for the first five guests. ::steeples hands and looks over glasses simultaneously::

Tue, February 12, 2008 - 6:41 PMJust bumpin' before I see everybody this weekend -- I've confirmed the catering order (coffee and tea service, a big fruit & cheese platter, and "breakfast breads with butter and preserves", which sounds intriguing...)
And my box of scents was successfully delivered to the hotel today (I shipped it via UPS -- no way I was trusting that stuff to the screeners at the airport).
I'm going to have very limited online time from Wednesday onwards; so if you need my cellphone number to help find us on Sunday, speak now and I'll email or PM it!
