Hey guys, clay-based facial masks are becoming more and more popular with men (particularly the metrosexual variety! *G*), so........I was wondering if anyone might be aware of any books that I could turn to in order to research how various facial masks are made, and what all of the various ingredients, as well as various clays, do or impart onto one's face. ;o)
I'd also like to learn how to make soft soaps, shampoo, hair condityioner and hand/body lotions (my mom was given a wonderful rose-scented lotion that made my skin feel amazing, from Victoria's Secret, but...because she has such a hightened sense of smell she couldn't stand having it around the house, so she threw it away!). Anyone know of any references that I could consult in my quest?
Take Care,
Wade

Re: Formulating Clay-Based Face Masks & Other Cosmetics?
Fri, December 14, 2007 - 12:44 PMI have ordered from Snowdrift Farm before and the products are GREAT! My only complaint is that they were sooooooooo slow. I placed an order and forgot about it, so by the time I got it I said to myself, "when the heck did I order this???"
