I was wondering where to find nebulizers for the car, or some other outlet to aromatherapize my automobile? (Even better if it's in the bay area!)

i sprinkle essential oils on the carpeting
every single time i get into the car
when people get into my car, they always ask "what smells so good?"
i tell them "my car."
they say, "I know, but what?"
i answer, "everything. every day i put different oils down."
they conclude, "it smells so good, like nothing i've ever smelled."

Sat, July 28, 2007 - 7:02 PMyou can buy diffusors with names like caroma ( or something ) that plug into your cig lighter, and they have a pad for oils. I, too, have misted my car though theoretically you could stain your interior. -

Sat, August 18, 2007 - 7:28 AMI got one of these from my health food store, a cig lighter style diffusor. I'd change the pads all the time. I'd burn cinnamon in it for longer trips, to help combat road rage. I would also have patchouli based scents a lot or when I had a cold, eucaplytus blends. Treatment on the go!

Re: Car Aromatherapy
Sat, August 18, 2007 - 6:34 PMAs several people have mentioned, there are the ciggie lighter plug ins with pads that are very effective. Low tech is putting some of your chosen oil on a cotton ball and placing it in the car ash try (clean, of course), or threading the cotton ball on some twine or dental floss and hanging it from the rear view mirror. -

Fri, September 7, 2007 - 4:10 AMI just take a handkerchief, but some thyme essential oil on it and put it on the air diffuser in the car.
